- Click on the “Create Account” field at the bottom of the “Home” page , another option to “Create Account” is also found on the bottom left of the “Home” page under “Quick Links”. You may also click on the human looking icon on the top right of the “Home” page next to the shopping cart / trolley to “Create Account” and start shopping.

- After account verification by e-mail , you may shop by loading your cart / trolley with your required items , continue to checkout and make payment using your preferred method.

- You may also send us an e-mail of your required items to : info@stationeryavenue.co.za - during (office hours / stationeryavenue@gmail.com - (at all hours).

- You will receive a quote for payment , after payment , the delivery will be shipped to your preferred and supplied delivery address.

- Please e-mail us your enquiry / requested item to : support@stationeryavenue.co.za - during (office hours) / stationeryavenue@gmail.com - (at all hours).

- Customers are scheduled to receive their orders between 2 – 7 business days , subject to stock availability. Should there be any supply / delivery challenges , customers will be notified using their supplied contact details. When products are dispatched , you will receive a dispatch notification so as to enable you to prepare for the receipt of your order.

- Yes , you may forward / take a picture of your stationery list requirements and e-mail to us ( in .word / .png / .jpeg / .pdf format) to : info@stationeryavenue.co.za - during (office hours / stationeryavenue@gmail.com - (at all hours).

- You may change / cancel your order at any time before it’s delivery has taken place.

- Please e-mail us your cancellation / order changes to : support@stationeryavenue.co.za - during (office hours) / stationeryavenue@gmail.com - (at all hours).

- Should the order be successfully cancelled , you will be requested to send us your banking details for a refund to : support@stationeryavenue.co.za - during (office hours) / stationeryavenue@gmail.com - (at all hours).

- You may also opt to purchase something else of the value of the changed / cancelled item(s).

- Should you want to return the item(s) , please send us an e-mail to : support@stationeryavenue.co.za - during (office hours) / stationeryavenue@gmail.com - (at all hours). First , please refer to our returns policy on timelines , types of items to be returned and costs , should they be applicable.

- Should the items be correctly supplied and delivered to you according to your requirements , the shipment costs will be for your account. Should the error come from us in terms of supplying incorrect items you did not order , the shipment costs thereof ,will be for our account.

- You may pay via Instant EFT (Payfast) on the website which clears your order immediately and speeds up the delivery process.

- Via EFT whereby you will be sent our banking details for payment.

- Via Direct deposit using our banking details.

- Swipe upon delivery on certain orders.

- We don’t accept cash payments upon delivery.

- Currently we are only delivering in Gauteng.

- Delivery is R60.00 in the Soweto area.

- R100.00 in the City of Johannesburg , Randfontein & West Rand area .

- In the near future we will also be delivering in the City of : Tshwane , EkuRhuleni ,Mogale , Emfuleni , Midvaal , Sedibeng , Lesedi , Metsweding , Merafong , Kungwini , Nokeng sa tae mane & Westonaria.

- To stay posted on when we will be delivering in your area , please click on the “Create Account” field at the bottom of our Home page and register your e-mail to receive our notifications , updates & newsletters.

- Yes. We have a secured website and take our customer’s information security with the utmost importance and care. Please also refer to our Privacy Policy at the bottom of our “Home ” page on the website.

- We will order the item and keep you posted on the status & progress of your order. We will also ensure that we deliver it to you as soon as it is available , you will receive a dispatch notification when it’s dispatched.

We will be able to inform you of your order status should it be scheduled to be delivered by our internal delivery team , should it be delivered by courier , we will provide you with a tracking number of its status.

- Free delivery is for all orders above R550.00 within the Gauteng region.

- We supply day care centres , schools , universities , learning institutions , training centres , students , individuals , parents to students , companies , SMME’s , institutions and government agencies.

- No worries , we supply all those who have a need for our products , whatever the title.

- Yes , you may inform us of this requirement by e-mailing : info@stationeryavenue.co.za - during (office hours / stationeryavenue@gmail.com - (at all hours). Delivery fees may apply based on order amount / quantity.

- We prefer not to provide quotes for tenders. Shoppers / customers though are free and welcome to shop on our online store without checking out to payment to get an average idea of product prices for their tender requirements .We may engage in bulk discounts with them should they be awarded the tender.

- There’s a “Create Account” field at the bottom of our Home page. Customers may register their e-mail to receive our notifications and newsletters.

- Our prices change according to our product manufacturers / suppliers prices , fuel prices may also affect this ?

- If payment has been made , we will supply the items at the price charged and paid for when it was still valid. If the order has been placed but not yet paid for , we will suspend the order and notify you by e-mail for an option to make payment of the price difference , adjust the ordered items , cancel it or choose an alternative item(s).

- Login with your login details i.e. the e-mail and password you initially registered with , click on my account , change the e-mail address / contact number from the old (current) to the new preferred one , save changes. Going forward , your new e-mail will be your new login username and your new contact number will be reflected.

- In the “Home” page , at the bottom , under “Site Links” , click on “Forgot Password”. You will be prompted to enter your e-mail address , a reset link , will be sent to your e-mail address to reset your password and choose a new password.
